Is this a CAFM or a CMMS?
It covers both jobs and goes further. Facilities Workspace joins the estate, assets, reactive and planned work, compliance evidence, contractors, costs, workplace services, energy and capital planning in one operating record.
Do requesters and contractors need paid licences?
No. External participants use restricted forms, magic links and portals. Manager and operative allowances apply to the people running the service.
Can one outsourced-FM client see another client’s records?
No. Client and location scopes are applied to queries, files, portals, exports and assistant context. Shared staff or suppliers cross client boundaries only when an authorised role allows it.
Can work be completed offline?
Yes. Authorised field packages can contain assigned work, asset history, instructions, inspections, permits and evidence requirements. Queued changes and sync conflicts remain visible until resolved.
Does AI make safety or compliance decisions?
No. It can structure evidence, identify possible gaps and prepare cited drafts. Safety, compliance, financial, scheduling and contractor decisions above your risk threshold require an authorised person.
Can we migrate an existing CAFM or spreadsheet estate?
Yes. Mobilisation uses staged mapping, validation, duplicate review, reconciliation and rollback. Poor PDFs, spreadsheets, COBie exports and O&M information can be structured into reviewable drafts.
Is Raq.com providing legal or statutory guidance?
No. The obligations register and industry packs help your competent people control requirements and evidence. Licensed content such as SFG20 is integrated through customer entitlements rather than copied.
