Before you start

Is this a CAFM or a CMMS?

Facilities Workspace covers the work normally split between both. Sites, assets, reactive work, planned maintenance, compliance evidence, contractors and costs use the same records.

Who needs a paid licence?

Anyone added as an internal account member is a paid user. Requesters, contractors and clients can use restricted forms, links and portals without a paid licence.

Can one outsourced-FM client see another client’s records?

No. Each query, file, portal, export and assistant request uses the client and location permissions of the person making it. Shared staff or suppliers only see records an authorised role gives them.

Can work be completed offline?

A bounded beta field package can retain assigned work and queue changes while its authorised browser session remains available. Staff review sync conflicts after reconnecting. Offline reload and an installable technician app are not available.

Does AI make safety or compliance decisions?

No. It can organise evidence, flag a possible gap and prepare a draft with citations. An authorised person approves safety, compliance, financial and contractor decisions.

Can we migrate an existing CAFM or spreadsheet estate?

Yes. We map and validate the data before import, flag duplicates for review and reconcile the result. Raq.com can also prepare PDFs, spreadsheets, COBie exports and O&M information for review.

Is Raq.com providing legal or statutory guidance?

No. Your competent people remain responsible for requirements and decisions. Licensed content such as SFG20 is available through the customer’s own entitlement.
